We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment keep in mind your service will be shortened and may be modified. If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, your provider may have to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

I just received a 90 minute facial from Jessica, and when I tell you, it was magnificent!! Every movement was a work of art; firm, but intentional. The massage was amazing, the hot towel was extraordinary! The bed was made to be comfortably warm, and I was tucked into the coziest of sheets, and a blanket. I haven’t had a facial in about 2.5-3 years, and she truly made it worth the wait. I fell asleep three times! Jessica is so knowledgeable, pays such close attention to detail, and is truly dedicated to her work. It shows with every step of the service! She was also sure to ask me about any allergies, or any other possible contraindications before I even got on the table, and made sure to work around them. Felt compelled to leave a review after receiving probably one of, if not THE BEST facial I've ever had yesterday with Jessica. Holy moly, and here I am thinking I'm pretty seasoned with the erray of facials I've had throughout the years - from little hidden gems in NYC to full 5-star luxury resort spas but OMG was I blown away. I did the 75 min dermaplane facial and it far exceeded my expectations. I've done this style facial before where they also include a few serums at the end, maybe a mask/LED therapy but overall pretty run of the mill/non memorable. Not this one!
What made me want to write this review was that I've never had a facial that hit on so many levels: the environs/vibe: understated luxe, private, ultra calm, an aesthetician who was so experienced yet had the best bedside manner, the quality of products used, the amount of care and time through each step of the facial, and a full decolette, neck massage! The closest thing to this I had experienced in Prague, a full service "European" style facial but this was better!!! I'm literally obsessed. I'm cringing as I write this bc once it's found out I'm screwed trying to get an appt. Highly recommend

My skin hasn’t looked this good for 20 years! Jessica blends the medical spa experience with total relaxation and comfort. She brings to Wilmington services that I previously found only in LA & NYC.
I really didn’t expect that I could improve the appearance of the skin on my face, neck and decollage in my late 60’s - but after working with Jessica for a year I have !!!
She starts where you are…( I personally was a CA beach person who regularly cooked my skin) so she had a lot of work to do. I set regular appointments and prioritized my home care. My skin health improved rapidly.

This was by far the BEST facial I have ever received. Jessica sent me into spa heaven, I walked out feeling so so relaxed I had to sit in the car for a minute to snap back into reality.
